Job Description:

Summary of Duties:        Prepares commercial loan documents in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the loan approval.

Essential Functions:

  1. Accurately and efficiently generate documents for a variety of commercial transactions based on loan approvals.
  2. Reviews necessary documents to ensure BOAA’s security position for collateral and repayment.
  3. Coordinates the closing of loan requests with multiple lenders in a variety of locations and title companies.
  4. Completes follow up work to ensure the perfection of BOAA’s collateral position.
  5. Completes post-closing work including but not limited to the imaging of customer documentation files and the coordination of funding for multimillion dollar closings.
  6. Updates and maintains spreadsheets to track insurance, mortgage and title policies.
  7. Works to ensure compliance with bank policy and government regulations
  8. Work with other internal departments to provide the necessary information.
  9. Ensure the integrity of the bank’s loan accounting system
  10. Assumes additional duties as requested.
